PAPAYA WITH COCONUT JELLY .

Papaya is perfect for weight loss .

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 papaya (600 gr)
  • 150 ml of coconut milk
  • 50 grams of sugar
  • 1 sachet of neutral gelatin or Agar-Agar

PREPARATION:

  • 1. Heat the milk, sugar and gelatin in a saucepan.
  • 2. Stir well and once it boils for a couple of minutes remove it from the heat and let it cool a bit before filling the papaya.
  • 3. Keep it in the refrigerator until it solidifies.

This dessert has a tropical flavor, although the most fantastic thing are all its properties. It is low in fat and has few calories and you will always be hydrated and it is also diuretic and stimulates the immune system.
