This is a secure and closed system for the reception and transmission of personal data of consumers, which supports the protocols Verified by Visa and Mastercard Secure Code and provides maximum confidentiality following the provisions of Law 15/1999 of 13 December. SSL means "Secure Socket Layer" and is the best-known security technology on the Internet. It has been developed by the companies Netscape and RSA Data Security. Currently, in our online shop, you can make your purchase using these payment methods:

Visa or Mastercard

You can pay safely and comfortably with the main cards on the market: Visa and Mastercard, guaranteed by the Verified by Visa and Mastercard Secure Code protocols. Your order will be shipped within 8 days after you have made your purchase.

Bizum

You can make your purchase with total comfort and security. To pay with this method, choose it in the payment methods section by clicking on payment with bizum. Then, a page will open where you will have to enter your phone number and the password you use to enter the application. Afterwards, your bank will send you the code to insert it and thus complete the purchase. Your order will be shipped 8 days after you have placed your order.

Direct bank transfer

You can also make your payment directly to our BBVA account, which we will provide you once you have placed your order. Please use the order reference as the payment reference. The order will not be dispatched until the full payment has been received in our account. You have 24 hours to make the bank transfer. If we have not received the amount within 72 hours, which is the time it takes for the transfer to arrive, the order will be cancelled.

IMPORTANT: If the order, once confirmed and sent, is not accepted by the customer, the customer will have to pay the costs incurred, 9,80€ (belonging to the shipping costs 4,90€ and another 4,90€ for the return of the order back to our facilities). All false orders, or attempted fraud, will be reported to the competent authorities. All necessary information will be provided to assist with the investigation.
