RECIPES WITH MANGOOS
MANGOOS PASTEL .
The mangosteen has a high fiber content .
INGREDIENTS:
- 160gr of mangosteen
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
- 225gr of wheat flour
- 225ml of maple oil
- 80gr of almond flour
PREPARATION:
- 1. Peel the peel of the mangosteen using a knife and cut them into small pieces
- 2. Scoop the white meat out of the mangosteen with a spoon.
- 3. Add the 80gr of flour, 225ml of maple oil, 225gr of wheat flour and a tablespoon of coconut oil in a large bowl and then mix them all until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
- 4. Pour the obtained dough into a mold and then add the pieces of mangosteen on the surface
- 5. Bake for approximately 50 minutes at 220º.
- 6. Remove from the oven and let it rest at room temperature for 1 hour.
