The fruit journey

Tropical fruit is a fruit from tropical or subtropical climate zones. Tropical fruits have in common that they cannot withstand the cold and can be damaged or have developmental disorders when the temperature drops below 4 °C.

The climate and the privileged temperature in tropical countries make the taste quality of their fruit spectacular. To preserve all their flavour, aroma, smell, and nutritional properties, they must be imported by air, as this avoids long periods of refrigeration.

When the fruit ripens inside a container when transported by sea, it can lose part of its essence and flavour.

All our fruit arrives by air, coming from tropical countries, so the delivery time is 8 days. The good thing needs a waiting time!, as the fruit is ripening on the tree. Once we receive your order, it will be carefully collected and packed. It will be transported to the air terminal, where it must pass strict phytosanitary controls to authorize its shipment. Once it arrives at the destination airport, it is picked up by our company and sent directly to your business or home.
