RECIPES WITH PASSION FRUIT .
PASSION FRUIT JUICE .
The passion fruit is a natural source of vitamins A and C. .
- ½ Kilo of fresh passion fruit
- Sweetener (preferably) or sugar to taste
- 1 liter of water
- 1. Cut the fruit in two halves and remove the pulp from the passion fruit using a knife or spoon.
- 2. Heat the water over low heat for approximately 5 minutes and pour the pulp previously extracted, the more pulp you add, the thicker it will be, do it to your liking.
- 3. Pour the composition into a jar and shake for approximately 1 minute until the mixture of pulp and water is homogeneous and well diluted.
- 4. Strain the juice through a strainer, then add sweetener or sugar to taste.
- 5. Let refrigerate for 30-60 minutes and you are ready to enjoy.
