MANGO AND MINT PANACOTA .

A healthy Mango recipe that you must try.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 250 ml of cream or milk cream
  • 250 ml of whole milk
  • 50 grams of sugar
  • ½ vanilla bean or 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
  • 2 sheets of unflavored gelatin or 6 grams of neutral gelatin
  • The juice of ½ orange
  • 1 ripe mango
  • Mint leaves

MANGO DESSERT PREPARATION:

  • 1. Pour cold water into a bowl and soak the gelatin to hydrate it (if it's neutral gelatin, mix it with a little milk and wait 5 minutes).
  • 2. In addition, in a saucepan, heat the cream, sugar, milk and vanilla over low heat.
  • 3. Stir without stopping so that it does not stick to the saucepan until it boils.
  • 4. When it boils, remove it from the heat, add the drained and soft gelatin and mix it very well with whisk.
  • 5. Divide the panacota into 4 glasses or in a glass mold, and wait for it to warm up before reserving in the fridge, at least three or four hours.
  • 6. Peel the mango, chop half of the pulp into small cubes.
  • 7. Mash the rest of the mango together with the orange juice.
  • 8. Mix the chopped mango with the fruit puree and finish filling the glasses.
  • 9. Garnish with mint leaves.
